Step By Step:

  1. Start by brushing your hair to get all the knots out.

  2. Get a scalp scrubber and scrub your scalp, this helps get your red blood cells moving.

  3. Get an oil, I use rosemary oil, (you can also use batana or castor oil) you will want to oil in different sections of your hair.

  4. Then use the batana paste oil and get a little in your fingertips and rub together. Put on sections of your hair that is thinner and rub around.

  5. Grab your scalp scrubber again and scrub all around your head, this makes sure your products are fully lathered evenly.

  6. You can then put your hair in a slick back, braid, or claw clip. Leave in for a couple of hours. Do at least once a week.

  7. Lastly wash your hair like normal.
